CAMILLE CORREIA
Drug Substance Lead, Global CMC Development
Company: EMD Serono / Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany.
​Camille Correia obtained her Bachelor's Degree at the University of Toronto in 2006, followed by a PhD at McGill University in Montreal under the supervision of Professor Chao-Jun Li in the field of metal catalyzed C-H oxidative activation in 2012. Her Post Doctoral work was performed in the group of Professor Peter Seeberger at the Max Plank Institute of Colloids and Interfaces, in Berlin, focusing on the development of continuous processes (flow chemistry). In 2015, Camille joined Merck Electronics KGaa / EMD Electronics in Darmstadt as a Development Engineer and later Senior Manager of the Reaction Technology Group focusing on continuous manufacturing technologies and processes. Currently, she is a Drug Substance Lead in the Global CMC Development Group at EMD Serono / Merck Healthcare KGaA.
